A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months in Seoul Southern District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on November 8, 2019.

1. On November 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 04:25 on November 14, 2019, at the “D” restaurant operated by the Victim C located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) displayed a table 1 cm of approximately 20cm in length, which is a dangerous object requested by the victim C without any justifiable reason; and (c) loaded a home 1cm in length, which is a dangerous object to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and destroyed another's property.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1), took a mixed-level, singing, and abusive language with a large voice, and took a fluoring act, and took the fluoring on the table. Upon receiving a report, the Defendant expressed to the police officer, who called “sating fluor, fluor, fluor, dypine, dye, dye, dye, dye, dye, dye, dye, dye.” The Defendant got a guest who dye the disturbance over about 30 minutes, such as

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the restaurant business of the above victim by force.

3. The Defendant ordered the Defendant to pay the price at the time, place, etc. described in paragraph 1, which was the same attitude as the payment was ordered to do so, 1 to 1 to 1 to 1 to 1 to 201.

However, the fact did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if it was provided with alcoholic beverage and food.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim and caused the victim to do so, namely, by being provided with alcohol and food equivalent to the market price of 11,000 won at the seat.
