Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is prohibited from operating a vehicle on the road, which is the owner of the Lone Star Co., Ltd. and is not covered by mandatory insurance, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on October 04, 2013, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, before D Elementary School located in Sacheon-si, 2013.
