Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of B Coin Island and was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance. On April 4, 2009, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at a point 229.2 km from the 16:45 km on the Gyeong-do Highway.
