1. The Defendant’s KRW 24 million and the Plaintiff’s 20% per annum from December 30, 2005 to September 30, 2015.

In full view of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence 1 and 2, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant as the Daegu District Court Decision 2005Da134502, Feb. 17, 2006 against the plaintiff, and "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 34 million won with interest rate of 20% per annum from December 30, 2005 to the date of full payment." The judgment becomes final and conclusive on March 11, 2006, and the plaintiff received 10,000,000 won out of the above judgment amount from the defendant around July 2014, since the defendant is obligated to pay the remaining judgment amount to the plaintiff 24,000,000 won with interest rate of 10,000 won per annum from December 30, 2005 to the date of full payment, etc.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
