1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 54,747,239 as well as KRW 12,723,165 as of November 13, 1991 to February 29, 1992.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, there is no dispute between the parties, or according to the plaintiff's statement, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant for indemnity amounting to 206da120968, 17,214,253 won, "the defendant shall be 19% per annum from November 13, 191 to February 29, 1992, 21% per annum from the next day to February 28, 193, 20% per annum from the next day to July 31, 1993, 20% per annum from the next day to September 13, 1996, 17% per annum from the next day to September 31, 1996, 200 won per annum from the next day to May 31, 205, 206, and 36% per annum from the next day to 25% per annum, and 17% per annum from the next day to 20.5% per annum.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
