The Defendant is a person who orders and supplies accessories used for the manufacture of fakes while operating ‘‘(D metal’s store in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Section 102, and sells them to a manufacturer of a fakes.
The Defendant ordered manufacturing of accessories to an enterprise, E and F, etc., a manufacturer of the accessories used for manufacturing fakes, and received direct supply of completed accessories that have been processed with tools by inserting only trademark pattern and letters in the above E and F, etc., and received the delivery by requesting gold work on G metal, H metal, etc., a gold-specialized manufacturer, and then requested completion of the work.
