A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a restaurant with the trade name of "D" in Busan Jin-gu C.

1. Crimes against victims E (V, 18 years old);

A. On May 10, 2017, at the above restaurant around 18:00 on May 10, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is an employee of the Defendant, by removing dust by using a tape where he/she had been employed.

B. On June 19, 2017, at around 23:30 on June 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) when the victim was living in the kitchen of the above restaurant, he turns the location of the hole of the instant restaurant; (b) enter the kitchen; and (c) “I am out of the entrance.”

The term "the victim" refers to "the victim was aware of both arms after the victim, and the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by force on the part of the victim, with the victim's body being aware of.

The defendant, on June 30, 2017, from G subway station platform located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan around 23:10, the defendant is expected to get off the taxi because the victim waitings for the subway together with the defendant.

In other words, the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by driving away the victim of the intending defect and by selling the victim's neck after his own end.

2. A crime committed against the victim H (n, 17 years old);

A. On June 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00, at the first floor female toilets adjacent to the above restaurant; (b) when the victim, an employee employed by the Defendant, is carrying out a cleaning agent, he/she shall enter the toilet for female workers, shut the door into the toilet for female workers, shut the door, and keep the victim from leaving the room for both arms, and keep the victim from leaving the room for the victim’s hand; and (c) “I are no longer today.”

“Indecent act by force against the victim”.

B. On June 19, 2017, the Defendant, at the entrance of a female toilet as stated in the foregoing paragraph “A” around the end of 19:00, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by using her own rear from the toilet.

On July 2017, the Defendant, at the early 21:00, was the victim at the above restaurant hall around the early 21:00.
