A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On January 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the Daejeon District Court, and was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Daegu District Court on April 16, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan District Court on December 21, 2016.
