Victim D(n, 36 years of age) is a person in a de facto marital relationship with the defendant from May 2012.

1. On December 13, 2015, around 19:15, the injured Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s cell phone of the victim, taken photographs of the victim’s cell phone of the victim; (b) taken the victim’s body by hand; and (c) taken the victim’s cell phone of the victim’s cell phone of the victim.
