1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2014, at around 12:30, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim C (the age of 30) who had been aware of about three months prior to the Handong-dong of Daejeon Seodong-gu, Seodong-gu, the Defendant: (b) placed the victim’s cell phone using a public telephone device on the victim’s cell phone; (c) opened the victim’s cell phone, and (d) discovered the victim’s location, i.e., “I am am k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k k

Therefore, the victim refused to request the "Woo to move in the house", and again the victim again refused to use a mobile phone that he/she had in order to prevent the use of a mobile phone any longer, while the victim used the mobile phone that he/she had in order to request the help from the baker, the victim lost the mobile phone in order to prevent the use of the mobile phone.

As a result, the Defendant forced the victim to leave the vehicle by force, thereby, detained the victim up to the front floor of the Military Security Center of Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station from 18:18 on the same day.
