When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2014, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately KRW 0.102% of blood alcohol content from the section of approximately 1 km from the road where it is impossible to find out whether it is located in the Dobong-gu, Youngcheon-gu, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, to the road in front of the “Skone Star Island” located in the same gold village.
