When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bbe-do cruise car from the section of the B of the area of 300 B to the 300th Escopian road from the copian road in the Yasan-si, 0.122% of alcohol content while under the influence of alcohol during blood transfusions.
