1. The description of the grounds for the claim is as shown in attached Form 2;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. The Plaintiff partially dismissed part of the instant complaint claimed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the delivery date of the duplicate of the instant complaint to the date of complete payment. However, since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 are applied, the part exceeding the damages for delay
