Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on November 4, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim B, a police official, who was reported by a 112 taxi driver, who was a police official called “the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol without paying a taxi fee,” who was dispatched to the said site upon receipt of a report from the 112 taxi engineer, on November 4, 2014, on the part of a police officer, who was dispatched to the said site, and on the part of a taxi engineer and his players, on the other hand, around five minutes, the Defendant took a bath, such as “sches, the police fright, the bit of a bitch, the bitch of a bitbitch,” and then publicly insulting the victim.
