1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,527,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from September 1, 2014 to December 29, 2014.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff supplied gold parts to the Defendant from March 2014 to July 2014, and the fact that the present amount of unpaid goods constitutes 37,527,000 can be acknowledged. Thus, the Defendant is liable to pay the said unpaid goods price and damages for delay to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 37,527,00 for the goods and the amount of delay damages at the rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from September 1, 2014 to December 29, 2014, and 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment, as the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
