A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 03:37 on August 21, 2016, when the victim D was living in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, was in front of the apartment complex, in order for the victim to have sexual intercourse with the victim, such as calculating the drinking value, etc., and had the victim engage in the act of fraud by the victim; (b) the victim was unable to enter the house; (c) the victim was able to get the victim into the house and enter the house; and (d) the victim was able to get the victim's body by driving away the victim's body by his hand; and (d) the victim got the victim away, but the victim was able to resist the victim's arms at his port; and (d) the victim took the above bank back by suppressing the victim's resistance.

The Defendant assaulted the victim, thereby taking advantage of the victim’s share of the amount equivalent to KRW 500,000,000,000 of the market price of the victim’s ownership, and took the victim’s share of KRW 600,000,000,000,000,000,000.
