The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The grounds of appeal are as follows: (a) there was no intention of larceny to find out the owner of a mobile phone; and (b) there was no intention of larceny.
2. The lower court, on the grounds as indicated in the judgment, found the Defendant to have stolen a mobile phone with the intention of larceny.
The recognition was recognized.
Examining the record, the decision of the court below is correct, and there is no error of law that affected the conclusion of the judgment in violation of law.
3. The appeal by the defendant is without merit.
Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act is dismissed.
