Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

The Defendant is a person whose driver’s license was revoked on June 19, 2010.

On May 28, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on a motor vehicle around 15:30 on May 28, 2017, driven BMW vehicle from approximately 3 km to the road near Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and from the ice and ice-ro, 185.
