The defendant shall disclose the summary of the judgment of innocence against the defendant.

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On June 9, 2017, from around 19:43 to 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant filed a lawsuit at the C’s office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and the first floor for two hours, and the Defendant’s type D located in the same place, and the Defendant’s type D was a local mental drug that contained in vinyl packaging.

2. Article 60(1)2 of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. provides for punishing the possession of a certain psychotropic drug. Here, “holding” refers to a state in which the possession of a psychotropic drug is controlled.

According to the records, Defendant D, a punishment of Defendant D, was lodging at the office recorded in the facts charged, operated by the Defendant, and sought a lodging house on June 2017, and left part of his body, including clothes bags, while seeking a lodging house on June 2017, and the Defendant discovered a merpte from the remaining animals of D and sent the photo to D.

In other words, whether D is or not, and the defendant left D in the opposite answer that D is immediately left, and D can recognize that it brings the merptist to the above office after approximately two hours.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant only possessed D with D that he would bring mert crypists among them.

The evidence duly adopted and examined in this case can not be seen to have been possessed by the Defendant.

It is insufficient to view it.

Therefore, the facts charged of this case constitute a case where there is no proof of crime, and thus, a judgment of innocence is rendered after the latter part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure Act and a summary of the judgment of innocence is publicly announced pursuant to Article 58(2) of the Criminal Act.
