Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a de facto representative of a corporation I (hereinafter referred to as “I”) who sells mobile phones, CCTV, Nowon-gu, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “portable phone, etc.”). From January 24, 201, A was in charge of the overall management of the company, including the development of a business plan, management, and organization management, etc. related to the sale of Internet shopping mall in the course of operating the company from January 24, 201. Defendant B, as the head of the above company, took overall charge of the company’s funds, accounting management, and internal operation upon the request of Defendant A from May 2010, and registered as the business operator of CG, the telegraph of the above company from March 18, 201, and from April 18, 2011, registered as the business operator of the above company.

From May 2010, the Defendants: (a) operated a mobile phone mail order company with the trade name of CG from around May 201, and (b) intended to recruit salespersons from around January 24, 201 to grant sales authority to the mobile phone site by selling the Internet shopping mall site in the name of granting sales authority to the mobile phone; and (c) obtained money from the online shopping mall sales price of KRW 2 million to KRW 3 million.

Accordingly, in the I Office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendants made a false job offer advertisement with the content that they offer employees in charge of affairs such as management of Internet shopping mall, personnel management, office support, marketing management, and planning in the name of another company, respectively, at the I Office's office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendants posted a false job offer advertisement on several web-sites, and as a result, I "I" is a company that sells mobile phones, etc. in connection with smartphones through the Internet shopping mall and employs sales clerks during the expansion of the branch, and if they sell mobile phones, etc. through shopping mall, 30% of the sales price is paid.
