The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A. As a result, the victims of the determination on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) suffered injury due to a traffic accident such as a crime, the health room and the vehicle involved in this case verified the shock condition of the vehicle.
