A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for life.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and the person subject to a request to attach an attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) resided in the Gyeongdong-gun, G, and served in the Gyeongdong-gun, G, G, and have been well aware of the branch of the G, G, and came to play in the house of F, G, which is owned by the Defendant, around August 21, 2014, when driving a F, G, while playing in the house of H, located in the Gu, Si, si, G, while driving the F, B, which was located in the Gyeongdong-gun, G at one’s own house.

Accordingly, the defendant raped the victim and killed the victim during the process.

2. As stated in paragraph 1, the deadly abandoned Defendant shall be softened as to the Defendant’s possession of the victim, who was parked in front of the victim’s home, by assaulting the victim without any discrimination, rape, and reporting that the victim has no consciousness.
