Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a sports vehicle B in the field of noise.

Nevertheless, the Defendant owned the above B Coin as a sports vehicle and operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the front intersection in 10:05 on March 2, 2016, and at the front intersection in Dai-si C, Young-si.
