Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On August 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment due to the charge of forging a private document at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 6, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;

(a) A person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days from the date of purchase;

Nevertheless, on October 22, 2016, the Defendant purchased a D-Scar car in its possession from C at a place in the B-Sacheon-si (hereinafter referred to as "Sacheon-si") and did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership within the above-mentioned period without justifiable grounds.

(b) Where a person, other than a person entrusted with matters concerning the operation, etc. of a motor vehicle by a motor vehicle owner or a person who owns the motor vehicle, operates the motor vehicle, the Mayor/Do Governor or the head of the Si/Gun/Gu may order the suspension of operation of the relevant motor vehicle upon the consent or request of the owner,

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on January 9, 2017, received an order from C to suspend the operation of the said Kani vehicle, and thereafter, operated the said Kani vehicle from the time to March 18, 2017, upon receiving an order to suspend the operation of the said Kani vehicle from March 18, 2017.

2. No owner of an automobile violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from December 31, 2016 to March 18, 2017, operated the lux vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance in the Gu, Si, Si, and Gu.
