A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in a SP area B.

On May 4, 2020, around 18:03, the Defendant proceeded along the three-lane road in front of the 119 rescue unit of the Port Fire Fighting Station located in the upper 76 Li-ri-ri, Busan, Young-gu, Busan, along that one-lane road from the Yi-ri side to the Young-gu Office.

At the same time, the Defendant sustained each injury to the victim G (the 1-year-old person) in need of medical treatment for about 20 days, and even if the fluor car driven by the said victim C was damaged to the amount of KRW 342,846, the fluoral car driven by the said victim C without any measures such as providing relief to the victim.
