1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. F (Death on June 11, 1960) established H, I, and J between the spouse G (Death on December 6, 1971) and H, I, and the Defendant as his child. He succeeded to F as the head of J, and J (Death on April 13, 1968) as his spouse K (Death on February 7, 201) and the Defendant as their children.

B. The real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 11 (hereinafter “the land of this case 1 through 11”, and the land of this case 2 through 11 was divided into the land of this case on March 27, 1995) was under circumstances of F and five other persons, and K on October 31, 1970 under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Forest Ownership (Article 211 of the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Transfer of Ownership; Article 211 of the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Forest Ownership; Article 211 of the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Transfer of Ownership; and Article 2

Since then, on November 30, 1994, the defendant prepared a guarantee of purchase of each of the above land from K on the ledger owner L on August 1, 1980, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 27, 1995 pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Management of Land (Act No. 4502).

C. The real estate listed in [Attachment List No. 12 (hereinafter “instant 12”) was F on the land cadastre that completed the registration of transfer of ownership on October 15, 1949.

Since then, on November 30, 1994, the defendant was F, the owner of the above land on the ledger, and prepared a certificate of guarantee on August 1, 1980 that he purchased the above land from the buyer L on the ledger, and completed registration of preservation of ownership on March 27, 1995 pursuant to Act on Special Measures (Act No. 4502, Mar. 27, 1995).

Attached Form

The real estate listed in the list No. 13 through 15 (hereinafter “instant 13 to 15”) was determined by F, and K completed registration of preservation of ownership on October 31, 1970 (No. 2111).

Since then, on November 30, 1994, the defendant purchased each of the above lands from K, and on August 1, 1980, the buyer purchased each of the above lands from K on the ledger.
