The Plaintiff

A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for 27,911,670 won and 21,242,462 won among them.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendants as Seoul Central District Court 2010 Ghana 74278, and the Seoul Central District Court on September 14, 2010 "the defendants jointly and severally file a lawsuit against the plaintiff as to 24,504,432 won and 21,242,462 won among them, from July 30, 1996 to 99,521,054 won and 98,069,964 won among them, and 17% per annum from the day following the day of December 30, 196 to 208, 198, 20% per annum from the day of each of the above final judgment to 10.5% per annum 25% per annum, and 20% per annum from the day after each of the above final judgment to 10.5% per annum 25% per annum.

According to the above facts, the defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the plaintiff 27,91,670 won (the amount the plaintiff claims within the scope of 24,504,432 won and 3,505,238 won in the above final judgment) and 21,242,462 won among them, and the defendant Eul corporation is jointly and severally liable to pay 17% per annum from the following day to the 31st day of December 31, 1998 to the 20th day of December 31, 1998; 20% per annum from the next day to the 10th day of December 31, 1998 to the 20th day of December 31, 1998; and 20% per annum from the next day to the 10th day of December 20, 2008 to the 20th day of December 28, 2006; and

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified.
