Defendant
A The representative of K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “K”) established for the purpose of Handphone wholesale and retail business, and the wholesale and retail business of electronic equipment is a person operating “L”, a service opening agency, and Defendant B is a person who is known as “M” while soliciting subscribers to the services as “M” between April 2010 and April 201.
