A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) rented an officetel from around July 2015 to arrange the commercial sex acts of arranging the commercial sex acts by employing women; and (b) from around the beginning of the lease of 30th of the same month to around March 23, 2016, leased 6 officetels 403, such as the Sungsi-gu Dtel 403, Changsi-si, Sungwon-si, and then posted a letter on the Internet entertainment site “E” to arrange the commercial sex acts by soliciting the female sex trafficking through Internet advertisements.

On December 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) confirmed the identity of “F” with the name in which the Defendant reported and contacted the above advertisement; (b) provided guidance to an officetel in which a sexual traffic woman using the name of “G” is waiting to engage in sexual traffic; and (c) provided brokerage services in collusion with H to the end of March 28, 2016, from the end of March to April 28, 2016 to the end of March 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant has arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
