1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 100 million to C and each of them at the rate of 15% per annum from June 24, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. C is a person who operated a rice sales business in the name of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “E” and a mutually agreed rice sales business in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “G” respectively, and the Defendant is a person who was in de facto marital relationship with C.

B. From the end of February 2012, Defendant and C were under investigation by an investigative agency due to the suspected fraud that they acquired an investment fund by iceing a rice sales business. From January 23, 2013, C requested a detention warrant to the Seoul Northern District Court due to the suspected fraud, but on January 25, 2013 and February 4, 2013, the detention warrant was issued on the date of detention suspects scheduled at the Seoul Northern District Court. Defendant and C did not appear before the date of detention suspects scheduled to receive a detention warrant and did not appear before February 13, 2013. Defendant and C did not have to pay approximately KRW 30 million to the victim H of the crime, and there was no real value of property or revenue, such as making the existing debt repaid by cash invested by another person, etc., and were purchased from the Plaintiff as a collateral to receive money from the Plaintiff or to receive money from the Plaintiff as a deposit to the Plaintiff, thereby reducing the amount of money to the Plaintiff.

C. On February 20, 2013, Defendant and C conclude that, although there was no intention or ability to pay the agreed profit at the “J” office located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu Seoul, or return the invested principal, Defendant and C would purchase rice from Choam to sell it to the Plaintiff and sell it to the Plaintiff with a false statement that, if Defendant and C were to have supplied rice in E and to have a profit of 30% per month from the sale of rice, it would have a profit of 16% per month from selling it.
