A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. In around 02:30 on January 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the 2nd room located within the main point of “A” operated by the Victim C (Y, 35 years of age) located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) on the ground that he returned only part of the money of the Defendant who was kept by the head of the said main point D, he saw the Defendant, and collected things such as drinking water cans, etc. from the said place, while the Defendant was suffering from disturbance, he saw the victim who entered the said room as “YY, B,” and reported the victim as “YY, B,” and, at the same time, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim’s face, caused the victim by spreading the glass cup, which is a dangerous thing on the customer’s face, and caused the victim by spreading approximately three weeks of treatment.

2.
