Punishment of the crime

1. On December 11, 2009, the Defendant received KRW 46,243,00 from the victim’s watch room (F) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

B. On September 10, 2010, the Defendant submitted a business plan and a written request for subsidy to the effect that “The Defendant shall purchase a Track (a model name DL2S0410) from C and jointly use it in the village” to the employees of the watcher and watcher in the City of Jin-si located in the Si/Gu of Jin-si, Seoul, and then jointly use it.” The Defendant submitted a business plan and a written request for subsidy to the effect that “The payment of the agricultural machinery subsidy is changed.”

However, the above agricultural machinery is a Track for personal purchase by G, and the defendant did not have purchased agricultural machinery jointly used in the village.
