Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. In conducting the comprehensive motor vehicle inspection of Defendant A, the person responsible for the comprehensive motor vehicle inspection of a designated maintenance provider for the comprehensive motor vehicle inspection of the designated maintenance provider for the comprehensive motor vehicle inspection shall conduct the specifications of the motor vehicle inspection items, confirm whether the vehicle weight is the same as the specifications indicated in the specifications of the motor vehicle inspection items, measure the weight of the motor vehicle to measure the weight of the motor vehicle, and determine whether the results exceed the specifications of the motor vehicle inspection, and record the results in the “comprehensive diagnosis report on the function of the motor vehicle” or “the results of the comprehensive motor vehicle inspection” of the electronic information processing system to determine whether the results of the inspection are appropriate. Since the above motor vehicle is a vehicle without obtaining approval for change of the structure and device, Defendant A conducted a comprehensive inspection of the motor vehicle without separating it (i.e., conducting the comprehensive inspection of the motor vehicle in the official vehicle condition) (i.e., even though the vehicle was conducted in the official vehicle condition), Defendant A conducted the comprehensive inspection of the motor vehicle without separating it. The vehicle weight of the main measurement item of the motor vehicle at KRW 3,150 kilograms (3,405km) - the maximum capacity of the motor vehicle (1,200km) - the passenger capacity (3x65km), and the original permissible error ±100km).
