A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual owner who operates the “C” in the Daegu Seo-gu Office B under the name of D, and D is employed by the Defendant and is employed by the Defendant in charge of the duties of customer reception and game room management in the said “C”.

At around 16:00 on November 3, 2017, the Defendant classified the category of “marine Hunter” game products with the content that “No separate device, etc. exists to read data on the IC card other than game machine, and no data stored on the IC card shall be deleted,” but the Defendant installed a separate card box, which is an external device to read and delete information on the IC card, and provided 40 online Hunter game products for use by unspecified persons.

As a result, the defendant conspired with D and has different contents of game products from the rating received from the Game Management Committee.
