Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On May 6, 2016, around 12:30 on May 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim D, the owner of the business, as if he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and by deceiving him/her as if he/she would be able to receive the price; (b) by taking 3 Macju 3 C, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,500, and 1,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,000.

B. At around 15:10 on the same day, the Defendant, as he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, by drinking alcohol to “F Ski” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul and by deceiving the victim G, who is the business owner, as if he could receive the price, by deceiving the victim G, who is the business owner, of the amount equivalent to KRW 1,300, the market price of KRW 1 Byung and KRW 3,00,000, and acquired the property equivalent to the same amount.

2. On May 6, 2016, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) took and calculated the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) took alcohol and food; and (c) took care of the victim on the ground that the victim does not want to bring a lawsuit free of charge; and (d) took the victim’s desire to “I Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y, C
