1. The defendant shall set forth in the annexed Table 1 list to the plaintiff (Appointeds), the appointed parties B, C, and D except the remaining designated parties.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company with the purpose of passenger transport business in Incheon Metropolitan City, and the plaintiffs are employees belonging to the defendant and has served until now.

B. Wages paid to the employees of the Defendant are determined by the wage agreement concluded between the Defendant and the Defendant’s labor union. The main contents of the wage agreement in 2011 and 2012 pertaining to the instant case are as follows.

Article 2 (Service System) (1) The route of a branch line shall be the basic 24th day of a month as of the 22th day of a month as of the 22th day of a month.

(2) A route of a bus shall be a base 15th day of a month on the basis of full-time 13 days a month.

(3) The working days and working hours by route shall be in accordance with the company's schedule and working hours schedule.

Article 3 (Time of Work) (1) Any branch line shall be deemed to have worked 9.5 hours a day of work in accordance with the special case of working hours under the Labor Standards Act.

Article 4 (Landline - Wages Form) (1) Basic pay: The basic rate of pay in the branch line shall be 4,950 won.

(2) Deemed hours: It shall be deemed that a person has worked for 8 hours on a daily basis, or 1.5 hours extended.

(3) Fixed working hours and holiday work: It shall be recognized as holiday work hours for more than 22 days, and the holiday work allowances shall be calculated as (8 hours x 1.5 hours x 2.0 additional hours).

(4) Night work: It shall be deemed that the night work is performed for 1.5 hours a day, while the night work allowance shall be calculated by adding 1.5 hours a day to 0.5 hours a day.

(5) A weekly holiday allowance: A weekly holiday allowance shall be paid for 4.3 weeks x 8 hours a month, and shall be deducted at the time of absence from office.

(6) Annual allowances: It is deemed that an annual allowance is paid monthly by dividing the number of days of continuous service (one year and fifteen days in this year, two years counted as two years, 15 days in this year, and 16 days in cases of persons not more than three years, etc.) by the amount of annual number of days in the number of years of continuous service due to joint management of revenues of Incheon Metropolitan City x an annual allowance of 8 hours per year by 12 months.
