1. The defendant shall set forth in the annexed Table 1 list to the plaintiff (Appointeds), the appointed parties B, C, and D except the remaining designated parties.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company with the purpose of passenger transport business in Incheon Metropolitan City, and the plaintiffs are employees belonging to the defendant and has served until now.

B. Wages paid to the employees of the Defendant are determined by the wage agreement concluded between the Defendant and the Defendant’s labor union. The main contents of the wage agreement in 2011 and 2012 pertaining to the instant case are as follows.
