Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 106, 2010, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.240%, driven a non-registered 125c large franchise vehicle with approximately 3 meters from the roads near the Do Government-dong 214-34, the Do Government-dong 214-50 on the same day, and up to the roads front of the same place.
