1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 30,140,90 with the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from April 27, 2018 to September 25, 2019.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
(a) The relationship between the Parties is as follows:
1) Defendant limited liability company B, a housing management operator, (hereinafter “Defendant B”).
(2) Around December 5, 2016, the council of occupants’ representatives and the council of occupants’ representatives entered into a contract on the consignment management of multi-family housing with a period fixed from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019 with respect to the E apartment, the period from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019. (2) Defendant B is the head of the management office of the E apartment, who is a housing manager under his/her control, is in charge of the operation, management, maintenance, repair, replacement, improvement and improvement of the multi-family housing and the direction and overall supervision
(see, e.g., Article 64 of the Multi-Family Housing Management Act). G is an employee of Defendant B, who is a security guard of E-House.
3) F and Defendant D Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”)
A) On February 7, 2018, pursuant to Article 66(1) of the Multi-Family Housing Management Act, it is reasonable to see that each occupant is eligible for the benefit of the insured under Article 66(1) of the Multi-Family Housing Management Act (a housing manager, etc. shall be liable to compensate for property damage to occupants, etc. by intention or negligence while performing the duties of the head of the management office.
(3) As to liability for damages under the Housing Manager Mutual Aid Contract (hereinafter “instant Mutual Aid Contract”).
(4) On December 14, 2017, the Plaintiff and E apartment council of occupants’ representatives entered into a mutual aid agreement. (4) On December 14, 2017, the period of mutual aid from December 22, 2017 to December 16, 200 (12 months); (2) the mutual aid premium is KRW 2,785,800; (3) the amount of mutual aid premium is KRW 33,847,450,00; and (4) the object of mutual aid is E apartment and its affiliated buildings; (530,000 won per household; (530 households); and (5) the fire mutual aid agreement was entered into between the fire mutual aid agreement and the fire mutual aid agreement.
