Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 4, 2018, the Defendant sentenced one year and two months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) in the Daejeon District Court’s Support for the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 23, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Larceny;

A. On January 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime of January 18, 2020, 12:30, 2020, at the “C store located in B department store B in the 2nd floor of the Dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “B department store loyalty store”; (b) the victim D, an employee of the above store, stolen Samsung Ggal ju City, S10 mobile phone ju City, Samsung 10,000, the market price of the victim D, which was located in the victim D, who was placed on the copy of the store, was located on the part of the customer.

B. On January 23, 2020, the Defendant, at around 07:00 on January 23, 2020, stolen Samsung G, which was owned by the victim G, on the market price unclaimed by the victim G during the victim G while the victim G was diving, on the following occasions: (a) around 07:00, the Defendant stolen Samsung G, one mobile phone, one Samsung G card, one national card, one H hospital card, and one driver’s license.

2. On January 18, 2020, the Defendant violated the Fraudulent and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 12:55, at the “K” operated by the victim J in Y in Yannam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dongcheon-gu, Seoul, as well as the said Section 1-A.

As stated in paragraph (1), when settling one of the net gold bars equivalent to the market value of 360,000 won with the stolen Samsung Card, it was done as if the Defendant had the legitimate right to use the Samsung Card.

As a result, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim J, obtained one net amount of money equivalent to 360,000 won at the market price from the victim J and acquired it by deceptively, used stolen credit cards, and used the stolen credit cards from the above date to January 17:18, 2020 through 43 times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 43 times from the above date and time to January 20, 200, and used stolen credit cards.
