A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 7, 2020, the Defendant was prosecuted for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on January 7, 202 and is currently pending trial.
1. Night theft;
A. On December 29, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of December 29, 2019, at around 02:00, placed the corrected automatic door in the “D” space operated by the victim C in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, and opened a door by inserting the heat pressing inside the inner part of the space after inserting the hand, and opened a credit cooperative inside the inner part of the space, and then opened a bank inside the inner part of the money and valuables worth KRW 500,000,000,000 and KRW 100,000,000,000,000 won, which are owned by the victim C.
B. On January 14, 2020, the Defendant, around 01:00 on January 14, 2020, opened an automatic door, which was not corrected in the “G” set up by the Victim F in Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, with his hand, opened and intruded with the automatic door, and 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim and stolen the victim.
C. On January 19, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened an automatic door that was not corrected by the “J” operated by the victim I in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) discovered one credit cooperative equivalent to KRW 77,000,00 at the market price where the victim’s cash 500,000,000 is located in that place; and (c) laid an electric cable connecting the above credit cooperative with the money manager, and laid down and stolen the said credit cooperative.
2. On January 14, 2020, around 00:49, the Defendant, who attempted to larceny at night, made a corrected automatic door in the “D” space operated by the victim C in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by coercion, and tried to put the hand into the space made by the space and to open a door by dividing the heat turbur in the inside, but the victim who suffered from the theft, such as paragraph (a) of Article 1, strengthened the security of the automatic text.
