1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:00 on March 22, 2013, the Defendant was driving a C-A-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed

On October 1, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 700,000 won for a fine of 1 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's branch court's order on November 16, 2007 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On November 16, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 million won for a fine of 2 million won for the same crime at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court, and on November 12, 2008, to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court.

Although the Defendant had three times the power of driving under the influence of alcohol, on March 23, 2013, at around 00:42, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.086% without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of about 3km up to the front road of the film center located in the Busan High-dong, Busan High-dong, Busan High-do.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who was a drunk driver twice or more, driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
