A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On May 22, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 for a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of road traffic law in the Dong branch of the Busan District Court, on June 14, 2010, a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) in the Red support of the Daejeon District Court on June 14, 201, and on March 29, 2016, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 6 million for a violation of road traffic law (e.g., refusal of drinking), respectively, at the Southern Branch of the Daejeon District Court on March 29, 201.

[Criminal facts] On April 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately 10km from the 229-gil, Nam-gu, Busan, Nam-gu, west-ro, 13:00, to the road near the Busan, Jin-dong, Jin-dong, which is located in 29-ro, Nam-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle.
