A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for breach of trust at the Incheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on June 24, 2010. The Defendant, while purchasing land for the construction of the above new apartment in Incheon Jung-gu, agreed to pay the seller of the above land a new commercial building worth KRW 400 million in the market price. After commencing the construction of the above new apartment without any particular property or income, the purchase cost of the above land and the construction cost of the above new apartment were insufficient, and thus, the purchase cost of the above new apartment was KRW 50 million from the KNFF, KRW 130 million from D, KRW 145 million from E, KRW 1150 million from F, KRW 50 million from G, KRW 70 million from H, KRW 12.5 million from the victims, KRW 40 million from K, KRW 50 million from K, KRW 50 million from the victims, KRW 50 million from K, KRW 50 million from K, KRW 20 million from K, KRW 100,000, KRW 1710,000 from the above new apartment, and the above provisional seizure was established for the purpose of sale.
