Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2017, around 23:35, the Defendant openly insulting the victim by referring the victim from the victim F, who was a public official of the police station E district unit in the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station, to whom the victim was called for returning home from the victim F, who was a public official of the police station E district unit in the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station, at the time of dispatch after receiving a report of 112 on September 21, 2017.
