A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2013, at around 13:30, the Defendant discovered one gold box containing approximately KRW 1,800,000, the victim E-owned in the above cargo vehicle, and approximately KRW 150,000,000, the market price of the victim F, and cut off by inserting the cres of the surrounding area into the above gold box.
