A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around February 13, 2018, the Defendant purchased marijuana (name of a product: Moby Dick) from B, and transferred KRW 1.5 million to a new bank account (Account Number:D) in the name of B B, and purchased approximately 10,000,000 from B in the G apartment located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around February 14, 2018.

In addition, from January 15, 2019 to January 15, 2019, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 72g and KRW 13,550,00 in total, from B, about 16 times in total, and KRW 1.3g and KRW 2.4g in total, and received approximately KRW 3g in total, from H, on six occasions in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).

2. The Defendant, at night on January 6, 2018, smoked marijuana in collusion with F and B by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana possessed by F and B, together with F, in pipes, around the G apartment’s residence, around the night on and around January 6, 2018.

In addition, from that time until January 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana independently or in collusion with B, etc. on a total of 26 occasions, such as the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 2.
