Facts of recognition

On September 3, 2018, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendant to purchase KRW 245,00,000 from the Defendant for the purchase price of KRW 245,00 (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) with the instant land and its ground buildings (hereinafter “instant building,” referring to land and buildings, and hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”).

According to the instant sales contract, the Plaintiff paid the Defendant a down payment of KRW 25,00,000 on the day of the contract, and KRW 220,000,000 on October 26, 2018, respectively, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on each of the instant real estate on October 26, 2018.

At the time of purchase of each of the instant real estate, the Plaintiff identified the current status of each of the instant real estate and the boundary indicated as stone axis, and entered into the instant sales contract.
