Defendants shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

The Defendants did not pay the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A, B, C, Defendant C, Defendant E, and F, from around 20:30 on November 21, 2014 to around 06:30 of the following day, they deposited 10,000 won by using 52 trum cards from the D’s house located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul through 300:0 on December 6, 201; and distributed up to the maximum half of the printing amount from five to seven after receipt of the card four to the card, and carried out a gambling in the way of bringing the highest number of the card and the highest pattern of the card up to three times from that time to December 6, 2014.

2. From November 21, 2014 to December 6, 2014, from around 20:30 to around 06:30 of the following day, Defendant D opened a gambling place in the same way for profit-making purposes at the Defendant’s house located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, and 302, using 52 soft-gu 302 copies of the soft-gu card, and used 5% of the soft-gu “Spag” and received 5% of the sales amount in return for the provision of the place, and from around that time to around December 6, 2014, Defendant D opened a gambling place in the same way as indicated in the following list of crimes.

3. Defendant E: (a) around December 20, 2014, at the D’s house located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-gu, 302, as described in paragraph (1).
