A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:30 on July 31, 2013, the Defendant driven a B car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.269% from the 1km section from the roads of the Heung Sea market in the Heungdong-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-si, North Korean at the port to the roads in front of the 1km-dong, Chungcheongnam-do.
