The defendant is innocent.

1. Facts charged;

1. Around April 1, 2005, the Defendant entered into a contract with the victim D to purchase four parcels of land in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, E, F, G, and H (hereinafter “this case’s land”) from the victim D. After doing so, the victim was promoting the implementation of the sale and purchase contract with the land transaction permission as it is “forest,” which is the original purpose of the original land. However, the Defendant, at the time of filing an application for land transaction permission by changing the original land into the original purpose of the building, had different opinions on the part of the Defendant, and finally, around November 6, 2008, entered into a land transaction contract with the victim D’s intent that it is impossible to receive an application for land transaction permission by changing the use of the land to the construction use of a certified judicial scrivener at the J office located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the Defendant completed the land transaction contract under the name of the victim and D’s neighborhood with the content of the application for the land transaction permission with the victim’s consent.

The Defendant used the file of the application for permission for a land transaction contract by a computer in the same place and place of the same day, stating as “Buyer A, seller D,L, and matters concerning land E, F, G, H, the date of application, November 2008, buyer A, seller D, L, and L,” and then affixed the Defendant’s seal on the back of the buyer’s name.

The Defendant forged one copy of the application for permission for a land transaction contract in the name of the victim D and L, which is a private document regarding rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising such rights and obligations

The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document is a document duly formed with the public official in charge who is aware of the forgery of a forged victim D and L’s application for permission for a land transaction contract in the name of the victim as described in the above paragraph (1) from the citizens of the branch office of the branch office of the branch office of the branch office of the branch office of the branch office in Sung-nam-si.
